Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Zealcy Pvt. Ltd. ("Zealcy," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Zealcy provides operations consulting, IT and software development, language services, data validation, and workforce support services. Specific terms for individual engagements will be detailed in separate service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as required
• Cooperate with our team to facilitate service delivery
• Make timely payments as agreed in service agreements
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, deliverables created specifically for a client become the client's property upon full payment. Zealcy retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, tools, and pre-existing materials.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zealcy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zealcy and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due, and confidentiality obligations remain in effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
